4. Partial Refunds

4.1 Pro-Rated Refunds

  • Not applicable for monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions may qualify for pro-rated refunds
  • Calculated based on unused months of service

4.2 Service Credits

  • May be offered in lieu of cash refunds
  • Applied to future billing cycles
  • Non-transferable and expire upon account closure

5. Billing Disputes

5.1 Unauthorized Charges

  • Report unauthorized charges within 60 days
  • We will investigate and reverse confirmed unauthorized charges
  • Cooperation required for dispute resolution

5.2 Payment Provider Disputes

  • Disputes through payment providers (Stripe, Paddle, etc.) are discouraged

  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension

6. Service Interruptions

6.1 Extended Downtime

  • Service credits for confirmed downtime exceeding 24 hours
  • Credits calculated based on percentage of monthly fee
  • Automatic application to next billing cycle

6.2 Feature Limitations

  • Temporary removal of features does not qualify for refunds
  • Alternative solutions or service credits may be provided
  • Advance notice given when possible

7. Subscription Changes

7.1 Upgrades

  • Immediate access to upgraded features
  • Pro-rated billing for plan differences
  • No refunds for voluntary upgrades

7.2 Downgrades

  • Changes take effect at next billing cycle
  • No refunds for current billing period
  • Feature access removed immediately upon downgrade
